Referrals
We offer compensation for all qualified referrals that you send us. If your client decides to rent their home, our team will manage it and return it to you for sale. We offer 20% of the first month’s rent as a referral fee for property owners. Alternatively, if you know a tenant looking to rent, we offer 10% of the first month’s rent as a referral fee.
Acquisition
Since we are handling just the property management side of the equation, it leaves you and your team with fewer issues to worry about and more time to focus on what is important – selling real estate.
